  1. What was needed

The brief: an assistant that helps people choose a gift by asking questions, the way a shop assistant would.

  2. What we did

We built a bot that profiles the person receiving the gift (age, interests, budget) and suggests options it keeps refining. For this portfolio we added a web demo that runs its real logic.

  3. How it turned out

A study project with 33 automated tests. The original bot had no screen and store search was never built: the demo uses a sample catalog.

Study project. We built it during our training and refreshed its design for this portfolio; it isn't a real client.
