01Who is responsible

The data controller is Fourvexa Solutions, based in Uruguay. For anything related to your data, email us at contacto@fourvexa.com.

02What we collect and why

Contact form. If you write to us, we receive your name, your email, your company (if you add it), the kind of project you need and your message. We only use them to reply to you and, if we move forward, to prepare a proposal. We don't use them for advertising, we don't add you to mailing lists and we never sell them.

Your name, email, project type and message are required: without them we can't answer your inquiry. The company is optional.

Abuse prevention. To keep the form from being used for spam, we use your IP address for a few minutes and don't store it.

What your browser stores. Your cookie choice (for one year) and whether you prefer light or dark mode are saved in your own browser. They never reach us.

03Cookies and analytics

• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate: it uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. Cloudflare may also use technical security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to protect the site from bots.
• Google Analytics is only turned on if you accept it in the cookie notice. It uses cookies (_ga and _ga_…) that last up to two years, to understand how many people visit the site and which sections they find interesting. We use it without any advertising features.

If you don't accept, nothing from Google is loaded. You can change your choice anytime from “Cookies” at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw your permission, we delete the Analytics cookies. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no”.

04Who we share it with

We don't sell or hand over your data. To run the site we use these providers, which process it on our behalf and only for what's described here:

• Cloudflare: hosts the site, receives the form and measures visits without cookies.
• EmailJS and the email service connected to it: they deliver the form's content to our inbox.
• Zoho Mail: the inbox where we receive your messages and reply to you.
• Google Analytics: only if you accept it in the cookie notice.

These providers may process data outside Uruguay, for example in the United States. By sending the form you accept that transfer, which is made only for the purposes of this policy. Other than that, we'd only share data if required by law or by a competent authority.

05How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as the conversation lasts. If we don't end up working together, we delete them within 12 months of our last contact. If we do work together, we keep them for the duration of the work and for as long as the law requires.

Providers may keep technical copies for short periods, according to their own policies.

06Your rights

You can ask us at any time, free of charge, for:

• Access: finding out what data of yours we hold (free every six months).
• Rectification and update: correcting it if it's wrong or out of date.
• Inclusion: adding missing data.
• Deletion: having us erase it.

You can also withdraw your consent whenever you want. Email us at contacto@fourvexa.com from the address you gave us (or with something that shows it's you) and we'll reply within five business days, as the law requires.

If you think we haven't respected your rights, you can file a complaint with Uruguay's data protection authority, the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP).

07Security

The site always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the form is protected against bots and abuse, and access to the inbox where we receive messages is restricted to our team. We work with providers that have recognized security measures.

08Changes to this policy

If we change anything important, you'll see it on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
